1-on-1 Healing sessions
1-on-1's are an opportunity to work directly on an issue you've been facing and process it at the deepest levels of your mind.
Together we dive deep into healing using a four-step process: examining your intentions and roadblocks, dissecting possible "roots" to re-occurring patterns, going deep into guided meditation to resolve and replace unhelpful thought patterns, and integrate the lessons through conversation.
These healings are powerful one-hour sessions. We can heal the Inner Child, develop self love, and rework old habits of thinking, and so much more.
If you're looking for transformation, this service is for you. Suggested donation of $45.
Group Meditations
Taking a journey with others is not only relaxing, but also a powerful experience. The energy that others provide creates a unique opportunity to set group intentions, manifest with greater power, and create deep connections with the people around you.
At both private and company parties, or public events, we dive into group intentions and create a feeling of peace for every person involved. This is an amazing way to start an evening or event. All you have to do is show up, and we provide the rest. Suggested donation of $75.
Meditations On Demand
If you want to feel peace, abundance, healing, or more, meditation can be available for you whenever you feel the calling.
Whether you want to connect with your body or connect with spirit, my patreon has a library of guided meditations to serve you at the time of your choosing. Currently, it is growing by one to two more guided meditations uploaded each month, including many from my book Sacred Silence.
If you'd like to meditate on your own time, this is a great place to take a deeper step. Monthly donation of $7.
